- Open order
- If the order looks genuine, press Send Invoice. This will include payment instructions so the customer knows they are registered and need to pay. If the order looks like it is spam, you may consider cancelling the order instead. Read more about handling spam registrations.
- (Optional) Send the customer a link to pay the order by credit card.
- Click Dismiss in the warning message to remove the message
- Follow up customer with a call (optional).
If a customer subsequently tries to register again for that same event - because they thought that their first registration request did not go through - then the following message is displayed:
Oops! There was a problem.
