Orders 'Requiring Attention' are created when your customer registers for an event through your website and chooses to pay by credit card, but never completes the credit card transaction or if an organisation set to create orders with 'Requiring attention' submits a website order.
Arlo still creates an order for these registrations so that you have the customer's details and can follow it up. However, the registrant will not receive an invoice or event instructions so that you have the ability to decide if the order should go ahead before they receive any confirmation of their order or registration.
- Open order
- If the order looks genuine, press Send Invoice. This will include payment instructions so the customer knows they are registered and need to pay. If the order looks like it is spam, you may consider cancelling the order instead. Read more about handling spam registrations.
- (Optional) Send the customer a link to pay the order by credit card.
- Click Dismiss in the warning message to remove the message
- Follow up customer with a call (optional).
