The following process describes how to add an administrator role to an existing contact.
- Open the contact you would like to make an administrator. Hint: Use the Global Search to quickly find the contact. If the person is not yet a contact in Arlo, create a contact record for them.
- Press Edit from the toolbar.
- Select Security from the vertical tabs.
- Tick Administrator.
- Press Save.
The new administrator will need to activate their account and choose a password to be able to access the platform.
