Overview
Event tags are keywords or terms that help you describe and categorise events.
For example, you can tag your top 10 events with the term "Top 10", new events with the word "New" or a group of events you would like discounts to apply to as "Discounted".
What else can tags be used for?
- Applying discounts to events automatically
- Setting an event to use 0% tax (tax-free) on website orders
- Managing website lists, such as the list displayed on the "Find an event" page.
Difference between tagging an event and an event template
You can tag events individually or you can tag an event template (once) which will effectively tag all current and future events associated with that template.
