Arlo's campaign management feature allows you to target and manage campaigns to specific contacts. You can add prospects to a campaign by filtering on your contacts' personal details and registration history.
For example, if you are wanting to schedule an email marketing campaign, you can retrieve a list of contacts and their email addresses of those who have completed 'Introduction to Finance', but haven't yet registered for 'Intermediate Financial Management'; providing you with a targeted list of people to send your email campaign to.
The list can then be exported to your email marketing system; allowing you to advertise the intermediate class to a relevant group of people. You could follow the same process for a Mailing/Postal Campaign, retrieving a list of contacts and their postal addresses and exporting that information.
With Campaign Monitor integration, you can sync your email campaign list of prospects to your Campaign Monitor account as a new list, to create and send campaigns and track their success. The integration is capable of synchronizing approx. 4000 contacts per hour to Campaign Monitor. If you need your list to be created in a more timely manner, it may be better to export your campaign prospects from Arlo and import them into Campaign Monitor manually.
