To access your website lead forms follow these instructions.
Arlo offers a range of website lead forms which share the same styling as the Arlo checkout (see Arlo checkout page below). Information collected from the Arlo lead forms is automatically recorded in the leads section of the Arlo management platform creating an easy and structured lead management process. If the leads contact or organization does not exist in the Arlo CRM it will automatically be created, the lead will be assigned to this contact. Read more about Arlo lead management.
The contact us lead form allows your website visitors to complete a contact form on the website which includes subject, message, first name, last name, email, phone and organisation name. This lead form often replaces your current contact us form for general enquires.
Register your interest in a private event
If you offer in house or private training this lead form allows you to accept registrations of interest. This lead form collects information including private training topic, background (what the registrant wants to achieve), timeframe, name, email, phone, organization and location. A link “Run this event in house” is often added to the website with a link to the private event lead form.
Register your interest in an existing event (suggest another date/location)
URL: Event specific URL generated from the event template page.
On an event template page if the lead generation is enabled for the template a “suggest another date/location” link will appear and allow registrants to suggest another date or location for an existing event. This will come through into the lead section in Arlo assigned to the event template. You can also view an event templates leads from the event template in Arlo. This is often used when demand for an event is low and once you receive X number of leads for a course you may choose to schedule a date in a demanded location.
Suggest a new course/topic
If you want your registrants to provide input and ideas on existing and potential events, the new topic lead form should be used. This form collects information including the suggest idea or topic, background (what would be delivered?) name, email, phone, organisation and nearest / most convenient location. A “Suggest a new course or topic” link is often added to the website linking to this lead form. This can be added to every template page on request.
Submit a partner lead
Arlo allows your partners to submit leads for potential prospects. You can capture these enquiries by adding partner leads to your website. If you have a organisation that sells events on your behalf the sales people of this partner organisation will use this form to submit the leads to you.
