The following process describes how to register a person on an event and create an order (if needed) for that associated registration in the management platform.
- Open the event you would like to register a person on.
- Press Registration from the toolbar and select Create Registration.
- Select the contact you would like to register.
- Select if you would like course instructions to be sent to the person.
- Tick Create Order (if needed). Note: Contact Arlo Support if you would like the Create Order option to be ticked by default, i.e. your standard business process is to create an order with all registrations.
- Press Create Registration. If you chose to create an order, you will be taken to the order page to complete the process. Hint: Read how to create an Order.
