Arlo allows you to send an Event Venue Confirmation to the venue's Booking contact when you create a new event.
Add Booking Contact to a Venue
The following process describes how to add a Booking contact to a venue.
- Open the venue you would like to edit.
- Press Edit.
- In the Contact details section select a booking contact.
- Press Save.
Send Venue Confirmation Email
The following process describes how to send an Event venue confirmation email.
- Create a new event.
- On the Communication step of the wizard, click Activate on Venue booking confirmation (This is selected by default) Click Deactivate to turn it off.
- You can include additional special instructions in the booking confirmation by clicking Edit. Note: Event Logistics will automatically be included on the email if added to an event.
- Complete the event wizard. Note: The email will be sent when you Approve the event.
