Arlo allows administrators to set a minimum number of registrations that must be taken before the event is viable (minimum limit) and the maximum number of registrations that can be accepted on an event (maximum limit).
When the maximum limit is reached, your website will display that the event is full, and depending on your platform's settings, either the waiting list will start or the registrations will be closed. If the minimum is not met, or the maximum number is met an alert can be sent to administrators at a certain period before the event start date.
Note: If an event does not meet the minimum number required, Arlo will not automatically cancel the event. See Event Confirmation Workflow.
