If you use Xero's inventory feature, you can set up Arlo to automatically create inventory items using event template codes and match future invoice lines for reporting on your inventory. Inventory items will be created in Xero when an invoice is sent from Arlo to Xero.
The following instructions describe how to set up Arlo to create a new inventory item with each new template code and match future invoices accordingly.
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Click Xero. You will be taken to the 'Xero Integration' page.
- From the Invoices and credit notes section, Tick 'Create a new inventory item when event template code is not found in Xero.'
- Press Save.
Note: The item code is only populated in Xero if your Arlo platform has the inventory items setting enabled.
