As a training or events organisation, you likely want to know how participants feel about your training, events, and presenters, and if they would recommend your programme to others.
Arlo has integrated with SurveyMonkey to automate this process for you. Simply create the survey, set up the event, and Arlo (or SurveyMonkey) will send the survey for you.
SurveyMonkey: You will need SurveyMonkey's Select (Standard) plan or above.
Arlo's SurveyMonkey integration allows you to automatically distribute surveys either when the event starts, when the event finishes, or when the registrants are marked as having attended the event.
The integration enables you to select which survey to send for each event, and whether to collate responses to an existing survey or add them to a new survey created for the event. Surveys created via Arlo will have the event code added to the survey name, or you can rename them manually.
You can also have event information (custom variables) sent to SurveyMonkey to allow you to easily report on the success of your events, presenters, and more.
Set up SurveyMonkey integration
Send your surveys
- Create a new event with a survey and survey reminders
- Add a survey and survey reminders to an existing scheduled event
- Send a survey for a completed event (send surveys manually)
- Send surveys without SurveyMonkey integration
- Surveys and attendance explained
Send email and/or SMS reminders for uncompleted surveys
Important: SMS survey reminders are provided through integration with Esendex. You will need to be an Esendex customer to use this feature.
Arlo can send automatic reminders to registrants who've not yet completed the survey for the event. Learn more.
Analyse your survey results
Arlo can track the responses to your surveys so that you can include this information in your registration reports. You can also pre-populate event and presenter information on registrants survey responses.
