Arlo can send transaction data through to Google ECommerce, allowing you to use the Google Ecommerce reports to analyze purchase activity on your site. You can see product and transaction information, average order value, ecommerce conversion rate, time to purchase, and other data.
Note: For Google ECommerce to be enabled, you must have Google Analytics enabled on your platform. Learn how to enable Google Analytics.
Enable Google ECommerce
- To enable Google ECommerce, contact Arlo Support.
- Once ECommerce has been enabled, you'll need to enable ECommerce views in Google Analytics.
- You will then be able to use the Ecommerce reports in Google.
What Information Does Arlo Send Google?
Arlo sends the following information if ECommerce is enabled:
- Transaction Details
- Total Amount inc Tax
- Tax Amount
- Item Details
- Template Name
- Event Code
- Item Summary (Order Line Description)
- Quantity (1)
Note: Any analytics data submitted to Google may take up to 24 hours to appear.
