The following article describes how to set up your application themes and edit existing application workflows.
Template behaviour
Changes to the templates do not affect existing event's workflows, only new events the application workflow is applied too. If you need to edit all events using a certain template, you will need to edit each event's workflow.
Similarly, changes to a single event's application workflow do not affect the application template. If you want the same change you made to an event's workflow applied to the template, you will need to edit the template.
Make changes to an application template
To access an application workflows template settings:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Application templates.
- Click to open any template.
Make changes to a single events application process
- Open the Events menu.
- Find and select the event you want to edit.
- Press Edit.
- Navigate to the Registrations tab.
- From the Application workflow setting, press Edit.
- Make the desired changes.
- Press Save.
- Press Save and close.
