For security reasons, Arlo does not automatically provide user access to the Arlo for Mobile App for your Presenters or Administrators. To enable access to the Arlo for Mobile app, you need to enable access via the 'API Access' role in the Arlo Management Platform. You will need to set up access for Presenters, as well as for any Administrators whom you want to give access to the Arlo for mobile app.
Once you have provided them with the additional role of 'API User' you need to 'activate their account' or 'send activation email' to the contact so they can set a username and password for the app.
Once access to the app is sorted, you can download Arlo for Mobile onto your iphone and Android devices directly from the App Store and Google Play. Visit our online support to learn how to setup and manage the Arlo for Mobile app in more detail.
