Leads - Ability to send emails from Arlo to leads

Currently, you can only add a note to leads, it would be valuable to send communication from Arlo to leads so that there is a history of communication.

  Currently, you CAN send a 'bulk' email to people in a particular lead, but it's only a 'bulk' email, not a merged one. What I'd like to see in leads is the ability to export the lead list to a CSV file with the email address, so I can do a merge email. Currently will only export the headings you see in a lead list, which excludes the email address.
