    Hi all,

This feature has been released with our April release.

For more information about this feature, please visit the Enable/disable and edit event follow-up emails help article at https://support.arlo.co/hc/en-gb/articles/115005904283-Enable-disable-and-edit-automated-emails-from-Arlo#enablefollow.

  • Yep, another one I agree with. In our case, followup emails are going out about a minute after the event ends.

  • Yep, agreed.  Very easy for our clients to miss the email.  Our engagement from these automated post-session emails is significantly less than when we used to send them out manually a week after the course ended.

  • Yes - the platform needs better ways to follow up with past attendees.

  • Yes, please. In fact, for us at least, it would be useful to have a structure like the reminder emails because there is a post-course certification element to our workshops which has to be done within a certain timeframe. So, we would implement something like:

    * 1st follow-up = request for feedback (probably about a week after the program)

    * 2nd follow-up = reminder to submit post-workshop certification material (probably about a month after the program)

    * 3rd follow-up = reminder of certification deadline (probably about 3 months after the program)
