I have a request for an enhancement to the Holidays and appointments rolled out in November.
1. The holidays are only viewable on the calendar and cannot be viewed on the Calendar list nor the course list
Calendar list only shows the original holidays we set up by creating individual events
It would be really nice to see these holidays in the calendar list and course list. Helps when dealing with multiple regions as often public holidays in other regions are forgotten about when viewing weekly courses
2. Trainer appointments are also only viewable on the presenters scheduler on the calendar and not the calendar list nor the Course schedule.
We use the calendar list as opposed to the calendar as the calendar list does not show cancelled courses. For example, before this enhancement, we would create an event for the trainer’s holiday or appointment which then showed on the calendar list and at a glance, we could see the trainer utilization that day
This event we created for the appointment would also show up on the course list
It would also be nice to see the appointments on the calendar list and course list.
