    We're happy to let you know that in our next release we'll be pushing through more information to Authorize.net including billing contact and/or organisation details, and billing address details.


    We'll let you know as soon as these changes are live.

  • (Our issue is related to the fact that Arlo does not yet have a partial payment feature, so we've had to develop a work-around.) We occasionally need to verify whether a payment balance was successfully cleared through Authorize.net when the person partially paid through Arlo. As it stands, Arlo only pushes order numbers, and not client names, to Authorize.net. At the same time, our staff person starts with only a name to go by when researching payments. The process of searching for and verifying payment in this way is unnecessarily cumbersome. If Arlo simply included the purchaser's name along with the other info it provides to Authorize (like our Volusion shopping card does) things would be a lot easier for our staff.

  • Requesting additional fields to be added to transfer data from Arlo to Authorize.net

    Billing Name
    Billing Zip
    Billing Street #

    By having these fields match in Authorize.net to the cad holder, it is not only more secure, but we as the merchant, get a better rate with authorize.net.

  • I think this is an issue worth prioritizing. It would save us (and others) countless hours of searching, researching, confirming, and processing customer payment information / history. This "nameless order" issue has almost doubled the amount of resources needed for our firm to effectively process information for this once rudimentary task.
