Run webinars using Zoom Available on: Simple Professional Enterprise The following article outlines the recommended requirements and settings for running webinars in Arlo using Zoom. Recommended requirements Zoom Pro or above A Zoom Host Arlo recommends that each presenter has their own Zoom Host account. This means you can use Arlo's Presenter Scheduler to see when each Zoom room is in use, and avoid conflicts. Get Zoom information for each host In Zoom, for each host (presenter), access their Zoom host account. From the left hand menu, select Profile. In the Personal Meeting ID section, copy the meeting URL. Add Zoom link information to presenter record in Arlo In Arlo, find and open the required presenter. Press Edit. In the General section, paste the Zoom meeting URL into the Information field. If the information field is in use, you can create a custom field called Zoom URL if desired. Learn about contact custom fields. Press Save or Save and close. Access Zoom host information to add to webinar in Arlo Follow the instructions to create a webinar. In the Schedule tab, enter the date and time your webinar starts and ends. Arlo will use these details to generate the calendar appointment sent to registrants. Select the webinar's Time zone. Add your presenter. You can use the Search... or the presenters' scheduler to look for available presenters. If your presenters need to be confirmed, you can add provisional presenters. Once added, click on the presenter's name to open their contact record. Copy the Zoom Meeting Room URL from the left hand information. Return to course setup and paste the URL into Guest URL field. (Optional) Add any additional instructions into the Guest instructions field. If required, assign support staff to the webinar. Press Next. Continue creating the webinar from the Registrations tab.
