Arlo's tasks feature allows you to assign tasks to yourself or any other administrator on your Arlo platform.
When you assign a task, Arlo will send an automatic task notification to the assignee with all of the task details. You can set the task subject, due date, priority, and description. You can also share tasks with other administrators so if administrators are away from the office the task can still be completed.
If you want to turn off the tasks feature please contact Arlo support.
You can edit your default task categories to fit your needs so that you don't need to enter this information in every time you create a new task.
There are a number of places within Arlo where you can create a task.
Once created, tasks can be viewed on the dashboard, the task menu, or the specific Arlo entity it has been created against e.g. on courses, elearning activities, contacts, organisations, leads, and campaigns.
Arlo makes managing your tasks easy.
As soon as you log into Arlo you can immediately see your tasks on the dashboard. Simply complete the task, check it off, and move on to the next task.
You can also manage tasks in the tasks menu, or on certain entities e.g. on courses, elearning activities, contacts, organisations, leads, and campaigns.
You can find and view tasks in a number of places within the management platform. You can also include tasks on the Account Manager Activity report.
The task sets feature enables you to group together a set of tasks that you use often to manage your courses, and then apply that set of tasks to a course template.
Once applied, each course that is created from the template automatically has those tasks created. You can also apply a task set to individual courses.
