Can I include a "Pay by Credit Card" link in an invoice email when PDF attachments are disabled?
No. It is not currently possible to include a payment link directly within the content of an invoice email when PDF attachments are not being used.
Payment links are frequently targeted by email security and anti-phishing filters. To help improve email deliverability and reduce the likelihood of invoice emails being blocked or flagged as suspicious, Arlo does not support embedding payment links directly in invoice email content.
As a workaround, enable PDF invoices.
