This article covers how to manage some of Arlo's help features, explaining how to hide or display the help tooltips and help panels.
Arlo has help tooltips throughout the platform to assist you with some of the features.
Click on the help tooltip icon and a help message will be displayed. Some tooltips include links to help article that will provide you with further information about that field or feature.
- Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your page.
- Click Hide help tooltips.
Help tooltips may still appear, but when another refresh is performed or you navigate to a new page, they will no longer be visible.

Arlo has help panels throughout the platform that give you quick access to settings and helpful resources that are relevant to that feature.
Click on the create links to go quickly to the relevant course wizard, click on the setting links to be transferred straight to the settings pages, or choose a help article from the list.
- In the top right-hand corner of the platform, under the global search, press Expand help panel.
- Option 1: In the bottom right-hand side of the help panel, press Hide help panel.
- Option 2: In the top right-hand side of the help panel, press X.
