Arlo contains an easy to access Demo company filled with dummy data. Easily learn how to use new features, processes, and complete user acceptance testing without impacting the settings and data integrity of your live platform.
Demo Company should not be used to test website integrations or to connect to external applications.
If you need to do this, request a dedicated sandbox environment by contacting Arlo Support.
- In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, click the drop-down arrow.
- Select Open Demo Company.
Note: If your Demo company isn’t loading correctly, try using Refresh Demo Company. If the issue persists, please contact Arlo Support.
You can refresh the data in your Demo company at any time. This is useful if the sample event dates have passed, or if you want to remove your changes and restore the Demo company to its original state.
- From your live platform Dashboard, click the Corner Menu.
- Select Refresh Demo Company.
The Arlo Sandbox environment is a dedicated space designed for you to thoroughly test technical integrations, new features, or settings changes without affecting your live Arlo platform.
Data and Settings Transfer:
- Data: We do not offer direct platform-to-platform data transfers due to associated risks. You will need to import data into your Sandbox using Arlo's standard importers. We can assist you in preparing dummy data files or with the import process.
- Settings: We do not offer settings/configuration transfers between platforms. You will need to configure these within your Sandbox environment. Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) can assist with this on a time and cost basis.
- Unsupported Import Objects: For objects in Arlo that are not support, e.g Venue and Order imports, our BEST team can complete these at a time and cost basis.
Pricing for a Sandbox (Monthly Recurring Fee):
To keep your Sandbox live, a recurring monthly fee applies. Pricing varies by currency:
- NZD/AUD: $169/month (or $140/month on an annual plan)
- USD: $125/month (or $105/month on an annual plan)
- GBP: £99/month (or £83/month on an annual plan)
- CAD: $169/month (or $140/month on an annual plan)
- EUR: €115/month (or €95/month on an annual plan)
Hourly Rates for Assisted Services:
- NZD/AUD: $160/hour
- USD: $144/hour
- GBP: £106/hour
- CAD: $186/hour
- EUR: €126/hour
