Using Arlo, you can send a request that allows presenters to either accept or decline an invitation to facilitate a course or a session. Requests can be sent for courses which are draft or approved and multiple requests can be sent for a single course.
This feature is useful when:
- When you have a draft course and need to find a presenter/s who is available.
- When you have an approved course that is open for registration and need to find a presenter/s who is available.
Presenters can write an accompanying message on their request response. For example, if a presenter declines a request, they can explain why they're unable to present for that particular request or they can suggest alternative dates they are available.
Upon response to a request, an automated notification is sent to the course/template manager and any support staff assigned to the course, so that they can confirm or remove the presenter and find another one.
Presenter requests are only available for basic courses.
The presenter request feature must be enabled and set up before you can begin sending presenter requests.
Send a request to your presenter(s) if you would like them to confirm an invitation to facilitate a course, before confirming them as a presenter of a course.
You can easily manage existing presenter requests in Arlo. Arlo lets you edit presenter request details, cancel a request, or send a new presenter request (when a presenter declines an original request).
You can find and view your presenter requests and presenter request responses easily in Arlo.
