The following article describes how to manage outstanding presenter requests. If you have outstanding presenter requests, you can accept/decline or cancel these on behalf of your presenters.
An automated alert can also be set up to be sent to course/template managers and support staff outlining which presenters still need to be confirmed before a course runs.
Accepting an invite will not automatically confirm the presenter on a course if they have also been marked as provisional. You will still need to mark them as confirmed.
Cancelling/declining a presenter request will not cancel a presenter if they have already been confirmed on a course. You will need to edit the course and remove them manually.
- Open the presenter request/s you would like to manage.
- Press Accept/Decline or Cancel request.

- Press Save.
