You can view applications submitted for each course, including the state they are in, application details, and notes from within the course the applicants have applied for.
- Open the Courses menu item.
- Select the course you would like to view applications for.
- Select the Applications tab.
- You can search for applications in specific states, using the filter, or search for applications in the search bar.
- The applications list displays key details for the applicants, including the application's current status and, for team applications, the number of applicants who have not confirmed their details. Applications displayed in the list in bold indicate that they have not been opened by an administrator.
- Click on an application in the list to open and view the application details and notes. You can also see if a team application has unconfirmed applicants at the top of the page.
- Open the Courses menu item.
- Select the course you would like to view applications for.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Click on the applicant's name.
- Click on any blue links in the page to see more information. Note that you will only see application fields here that have been added to the management application form.

You can export an overview of a course's application details, from the course's applications list.
For more in depth information, you can use the Registration Applications (Advanced) report. This report is an advanced export where you can filter on applicant and course data and then export this as raw data.

- Click the export drop-down and select Export list.
You can use the Registration Applications (Advanced) report to run a report of applicants.
We recommend including a field on the management form called Application Type, where you can enter that this is an individual application. This way, you will be able to filter on application types in the report.
- Add a custom field called Application Type under Application.
- Add this field to the Management and/or Website application form. If necessary, mark this as a required field in the form.
- While reviewing the application entries, edit the submitted applications to update the value of the Application Type field to 'Individual' for individual applications and save the changes.
- Filter the Registration Application report using the Application Type field to report on individual applicants.
