The Upcoming page displays a list of courses and/or events in chronological order. It allows visitors to immediately register for the next occurring events/courses or to find out more information about them.

The page allows you to promote all event/course templates regardless of if the actual events/courses have been setup in Arlo. Furthermore, it allows you to also take advantage of Arlo’s powerful lead generation functionality to capture interest on events/courses that are full or not yet setup in Arlo.

The Schedule page shares the same behaviour as the Catalogue page, however the Schedule page is presented in list format.
The Schedule page is perfect for promoting a large number of templates and capturing interest for unscheduled events/courses.

The index page displays your event templates in alphabetical order with a great range of filter options available. The index web control is an extremely powerful tool. It has the most varied filter functionality.

The Elearning list displays a list of your elearning activities or activities that have no start/end date. This page can also be used for membership and products.

The Course template page displays information from an Arlo template and is where website visitors will be directed once they have selected an event or course from a list. All event or course information is managed from the Arlo management platform and is seamlessly updated on the website. The template page will display all scheduled instances of the event template including instances using a different delivery type.

The search page allows you to search for events/courses throughout your site. The search page has powerful functionality, especially when paired with the Search Widget. The search page can filter by location and category which can be customised and configured to suit. The All-In-One page is a full solution for displaying upcoming or one off events/courses. This control incorporates full functionality including: event list, venue profiles and presenter profiles all in the one page. The All-In-One page a more information button which expands with event/course information on the same page.

The presenter profile and list pages display information your presenters. The presenter profile includes detailed information regarding a particular presenter and the list provides access to the profiles and a brief overview of your presenters. The presenter profile can be accessed when clicking on a presenters name from an upcoming list or clicking on a presenter from the presenter list. The presenters information and website visibility is controlled from the Arlo management platform.
