The website pages that you can utilise with Arlo (irregardless of which website integration method you decide to go with), have been designed to display course data in a particular manner and style. You can find the characteristics of each page below. For technical information, visit developer.arlo.co.
The course template page displays information from an Arlo template and is where website visitors will be directed once they have selected an course from a list. All course information is managed from the Arlo management platform and is seamlessly updated on the website. The template page will display all scheduled instances of the course template including instances using a different delivery type.

The Upcoming page displays a list of courses in chronological order. It allows visitors to immediately register for the next occurring courses or to find out more information about them. Below are some examples of course lists styled and developed previously, your upcoming list will display the same information but will be styled to fit with your website's theme.

The Catalogue page displays course templates set up in Arlo grouped by category. The page allows you to promote all course templates regardless of if the actual courses have been setup in Arlo. Furthermore, it allows you to also take advantage of Arlo’s powerful lead generation functionality to capture interest on courses that are full or not yet setup in Arlo.

The Schedule page shares the same behaviour as the Catalogue page, however the Schedule page is presented in list format. Below are some examples of Schedule pages Arlo has styled and developed previously, your Schedule page will display information in the same format but will be styled to fit your website's current theme.
The Schedule page is perfect for promoting a large number of templates and capturing interest for unscheduled courses.

The calendar displays upcoming courses on a calendar view. The calendar can switch between different views including day, week and month. When an course is selected the user will be directed to the selected course page.
Filters options available: Day, Week, Month, Locations, Cities, Suburbs, States, Tags, Categories, Templates, Presenter, Venues, Timezone

The index page displays your course templates in alphabetical order with a great range of filter options available. The index web control is an extremely powerful tool. It has the most varied filter functionality.
Filters option available: Delivery type, location, category, presenters, cities. suburbs, states, venues, and keywords.

The e-Learning list displays a list of your e-learning activities or activities that have no start/end date. This page can also be used for membership and products.

The single course template list only displays a templates course dates and online activities with a register button. The single course template list is designed to be added to existing course pages or pages where you do not want additional course template information showing. For example, if you have an existing course page and only want to display the Arlo course dates for that course you would use the single course template list. This list can also display the course title (optional), date, duration, price, discounts and register buttons.

The search page allows you to search for courses throughout your site. The search page has powerful functionality, especially when paired with the Search Widget. The search page can filter by location and category which can be customised and configured to suit. Below is a visual presentation of the search page it will be styled to fit with your website's theme.

The All-In-One page is a full solution for displaying upcoming or one off courses. This control incorporates full functionality including: course list, venue profiles and presenter profiles all in the one page. The All-In-One page a more information button which expands with course information on the same page.

The presenter profile and list pages display information your presenters. The presenter profile includes detailed information regarding a particular presenter and the list provides access to the profiles and a brief overview of your presenters. The presenter profile can be accessed when clicking on a presenters name from an upcoming list or clicking on a presenter from the presenter list. The presenters information and website visibility is controlled from the Arlo management platform.

The venue profile and list pages display information your venues. The venue profile page includes detailed information regarding a particular venue and the list provides access to the profiles and a brief overview of your venues. The venue information and website visibility can be controlled from the Arlo management platform.

The private course template page shares the same styling as your Arlo checkout and is only required if you are using Arlo’s private courses functionality. e.g. If you have selected a skinned checkout the private courses page header and footer will display the same styling. The same course information as your public courses will be displayed on this page however the styling and layout of the course information will be different. The Arlo web team will style your private course page information to match your website as much as possible however the layout will be different.
Note: The private courses page will not be a replica of your public courses page. The web team will try match the styling of this page as much as possible. The banner on the screenshot below is inherited from this clients skinned checkout. If you have a logo only checkout you will only see your logo at the top.

Already have amazing course pages? Don’t want Arlo to take over your course content just yet? If that is the case, Arlo offers the dates only control. This control simply displays your next running dates, key course information and a register button. We can put as little or as much into this solution as you like.
Below are some examples of our existing dates only control. It is recommended that over the longer term you consider using Arlo as the content holder for your courses. However, we know, sometimes that solution doesn't fit everyone.

A homepage widget is a small standalone application which is embedded within your existing website's homepage. These widgets are extremely powerful and we offer a wide range of options.
This widget has been setup for ‘New Events’ and when an Arlo administrator tags an course as ‘New’ it will appear under the ‘New’ widget on the homepage of your website. This setup can be applied for any other topic for example, Discounted courses.

The PD points homepage widget showcases feature professional development (PD) course and promotes the different PD delivery methods available.

The search courses homepage widget allows you to easily search for courses using keywords. The functionality of this widget is very flexible and can be tailored to reflected your desired web navigation. Below is an example of the search homepage widget, your search homepage widget will display the same information but will be styled to fit with your website's theme.
The upcoming homepage widget showcases your upcoming courses and their locations. The upcoming widget automatically displays a set number of course listed in chronological order. The upcoming location buttons are optional and will allow website visitors to be directed to a filtered list showing upcoming courses in the selected location.

The eLearning homepage widget showcases your featured eLearning activities. The eLearning widget allows you to promote these activities on your homepage and displays the essential information, including title, summary, price, more information and register buttons.

The venues homepage widget showcases the locations and venues of your courses and encourages website visitors to visit the venues list and upcoming page for each venue. The venue widget includes the venue location, venue name, address, and link to the venues profile page and upcoming courses.
