Arlo now enables you to send payment reminder emails for invoice orders.
Please follow the steps below to action.
Select an overdue invoice order from your orders list:
Then once you send an invoice:
The option to send a payment reminder will appear:
A preview will then appear of the payment reminder email which will include a Pay Now button taking the customer to the card payment page.
(Please note, the pay now button will only appear if you have credit card payments enabled for your platform)
Arlo also allows you to send upcoming payment reminders.
On an upcoming payment, if you select 'Send Invoice' and then select 'Send Payment Reminder', the 'Overdue Payment Notice' email will be replaced by an 'Upcoming Payment Reminder email.'
You can set up automated payment reminders inside each payment method slider in your payment settings page (so you can set them differently for each expected payment method)

Please note: Payment reminders are not available for any orders that have been exported to Xero.
