The Organisation portal provides a central place for business administrators to access and manage their organisation’s private courses. The following article explains how to activate the organisation portal, assign access to contacts, and as an administrator navigate to an organisation’s portal.
To activate the Organisation portal:

- From the Website section, select Organisation portal.
- Tick Enable portal.
To enable the portal with an Arlo Website you must have the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy pages enabled on your website. To enable the portal with a WordPress, Web Controls, or API integration, you must enter the URL where customers can view your Terms and conditions and Privacy policy pages.
- Press Save changes.
Once enabled, the portal can be accessed at https://[Platformname].arlo.co/p/.
If you have a custom domain, the custom domain will be used for [Platformname].
To grant a contact access to their organisation’s portal:
- Open the Contacts menu item.
- Find and open the contact you would like to edit.
- From the toolbar, press Edit.
- Open the Security section.

This role gives users the ability to access the portal of the organisation listed in the Organisation name field of their contact record.
- Press Save and close.
The Customer portal must also be active for new user accounts to be created.
