The Organisation portal gives business administrators a central place to self‑service key actions related to private courses running for their organisation.
The initial release of this feature will enable business administrators (with access to the Organisation portal) the ability to:
- View private courses specific to their organisation
- View venue and presenter information for those courses
- Track registrations on those courses
- Add new registrations onto those courses
- Request new courses, with enquiries flowing directly to the Leads area in the Arlo platform
How to use the Organisation portal
The Organisation portal provides a central place for business administrators to access and manage their organisation’s private courses. You can activate the portal, assign organisation portal access to contacts, and as an administrator navigate to an organisation’s portal.
