The following article outlines how to use the organisation portal as a business administrator with access to their organisation's portal. It explains how they can access the course information of the private courses running for their organisation, track learner progress, add registrations, and also request new courses.
Both the organisation portal and the user's organisation portal access must be enabled for the user to access the organisation portal.
- Customers can access their organisation portal at any time by using the link https://[Platformname].arlo.co/p/ and replacing [PlatformName] with your platform name.
- They will be directed to a login page where they can enter their credentials. The credentials will be the same as for the customer portal.
- When a business administrator signs in, they will land on the Courses page.
- This page lists all private courses scheduled for their organisation, including:
- Course start date and time
- Location
- Number of registrants and places available
- For multi-session courses, select the View sessions button to expand and see the details of each session.
- Administrators can return to the course page at any time by selecting Events from the left hand menu.
Note: Currently, the organization portal uses the term Events and does not respect the events terminology chosen in the key settings of your management platform. This functionality is expected in the next couple of weeks.
- Select one of the courses from the list to view more in-depth information about the course, including information about registrations, presenters, and venues.
From the course record page, business administrators can see any special instructions given to the key contacts and the registrants on the course.
- From the course record page, select Actions and choose Special instructions.
- This will show any special instructions for the key contact or the registrants.
- The course record page provides the business administrators with a summary of the status of each registration on the course, their attendance, results and the status of certificate delivery.
- Click on a registration to see more information, such as the date of registration.
- Click on the refresh icon any time to check for changes to the course.
The organization portal allows business administrators to easily add new registrations to their organization's private courses.
- From the course record page, press Actions.
- Select Add registrants.
- This action takes the administrator to the quick registration form specific to that course. Fill the registration form and register to add the registration.
The organization portal allows business administrators to request new private courses at any time.
Leads must be enabled on your platform for this feature to work.
- From the left hand menu, select Request Event button.
- This will direct the administrator to the private course lead form. Enter the details and submit the request.
- Private course leads submitted this way will show in the Leads area of the management platform.
