Course Bundles provide learners with a streamlined way to register for multiple courses through a single checkout process. This article explains how learners browse bundles, select course dates, complete registration, and purchase a bundle.
- Learners can register for course bundles by clicking Register on one of the bundles published on the website or by using the direct Registration link to a bundle.
- This will direct the user to the checkout.
When a bundle is added to the checkout, it adds an additional step of bundle selection to the checkout.
At this step, you'll need to choose the course you want to attend for each course template included in the bundle.
- Review the courses included in the bundle and select a course instance for each course template.
- If a self-paced elearning option is available, select the elearning option if needed.
- Repeat the process until a selection has been made for every course in the bundle.
Note:
- You must select an option for each course before continuing with registration.
- If multiple course dates or locations are available, you can use the Location filter to narrow the available results.
- Once you've selected all required courses, select Next.
Bundles use a single registration form for all included courses. This means you only need to enter your details once, rather than completing separate registration forms for each course.
- Complete the required fields on the registration form.
- If multiple attendee registrations are enabled, additional attendees can be added during registration.
Note: All attendees included in the transaction must be registered for:
- The same bundle
- The same selected course dates
- Once the form is complete, select Go to payment.
After successfully purchasing a bundle:
- Individual registrations are created for each course included in the bundle.
- Registration emails are sent using the standard Arlo registration process.
- Course certificates, where applicable, are issued at the individual course level.
