In Arlo, you can add new contacts as system administrators. Learn how to add additional contacts as administrators.
If you have no remaining user licenses, you will not be able to add new administrators to the platform. If you would like to add additional licences to your subscription, please contact Arlo Sales or your Customer Success Manager.
The legal name captures (at the first point of creation - usually in the checkout) the name of the organisation and stores this as the 'legal name' of that organisation. The legal name of an organisation is the name that is billed in invoices.
To change the legal name you will need to reactivate the legal name field.
- Open the Settings menu item.
- From the Platform setup section, select Fields.
- Select Organisations.
- Scroll down to inactive fields, find 'Legal Name' and hit 'Enable'
- Open the Contacts menu item and select Organisations.
- Select the organisation you want and then hit Edit
- You should now see the Legal name field in the organisation
- Make sure you hit save after making any changes to this field
