Arlo's presets feature allows you to set up and apply favourite settings to your courses to save time and reduce inconsistency within your courses. This is useful where you have a number of administrators creating courses and using different settings. You can set up multiple presets for your administrators to use to set up courses. For example, you may have a preset for all-day courses and a preset for afternoon courses. Preset are optional and do not have to be added to your courses.
You can add the following settings to a preset:
- Course start and end time
- Course duration
- Website content
Adding website content information in a preset will replace any website information stored in the course template when the preset is applied to a course.
- Minimum and maximum registration limits
- Registration method (e.g. order process or quick registration)
- Registration form (fields)
- Course logistics (room setup and catering)
- Email reminders schedule
- Open the Settings menu item.
