The following article shows how to search, filter, export, and report on your elearning modules and elearning registrations in Arlo, as well as how to manage the views in the elearning list.
- Open the Elearning menu item.
- Select the All tab.
If you know the status of the elearning module you can select from one of the list views to narrow the search.
- Enter a search term into the search box.
You can search for an elearning module's name or code.
- As you enter your search, search suggestions will be displayed in the menu.
- Press to select the one you require, or press Enter and choose an option from the list.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the search box to display the available list filters.
- Open the Elearning Registrations menu item.
- Select the All tab.
If you know the status of the activity you can select from one of the list views to narrow the search.
- Enter a search term into the search box.
You can search for the registrant's name, organisation, or the elearning module they completed.
- As you enter your search, search suggestions will be displayed in the menu.
- Press to select the one you require, or press Enter and choose an option from the list.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the search box to display the available list filters.
- Open the Elearning menu item.
- Select the relevant elearning view to display the modules you would like to export.
- Press the export arrow and select Export list (CSV).
- Open the Elearning Registrations menu item.
- Select the relevant elearning module registration view to display the registrations you would like to export (e.g Awaiting approval, completed etc).
- Press the export arrow and select Export list (CSV).
The registrations list reports (both legacy and advanced) allow you to report on registrations from elearning modules both inclusive and exclusive of course registrations. On these reports, you can show details of the registrant, the registration details (including results, grades, comments, and completion status), the elearning module name, and any orders related to the module.

If you use Moodle and need to view more detailed information about your elearning courses and elearning course registrants, Moodle offers reports on data held within Moodle.
- Open the Elearning or Registrations menu item.
- Click More and then click Manage views.
- Select the views you would like to be available.
- Press Display views.
