The Arlo Elearning Authoring feature is a separate, standalone, and optional Service but remains subject to the terms of your existing Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) with Arlo.
If you are an existing Arlo customer trying the elearning feature, your elearning trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription after 14 days unless cancelled in-app beforehand.
Elearning subscriptions renew on a monthly basis. Billing will be pro-rated to the end of the first month, and will continue monthly from the beginning of each subsequent month until terminated. For information about elearning pricing, see our Pricing Page.
You may cancel your elearning subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period (i.e. no refunds will be given for part periods). You agree to pay all associated Fees in accordance with your MSA.
