The following article outlines how to view course/session information using the Arlo for Mobile app.
The course views contain key information such as the number of attendees, date and times, venue details and presenter details for the overall course.
- Select View events from the homepage.
- Select the view containing the course (e.g. Upcoming or Completed), and then select the course from the list.
Presenters will only be able to see courses that they are an advertised presenter for.
- Below is an example of a course page in the app. Scroll up and down the page to view more information on your device.
The presenters shown as those added as a presenter on the course or at least one session. This does not show presenters who are only advertised presenters.
The session views contain key information such as the number of attendees, date and times, venue details and presenter details for each individual session (if a course has multiple sessions).
- Select View sessions from the homepage.
- Select the view containing the session (e.g. My upcoming or My in progress), and then select the session from the list.
Presenters will only be able to see sessions they are presenting for.
- Below is an example of a session page in the app. Scroll up and down the page to view more information on your device.
The options views contain key information about the options available on a course, and which registrants have selected or purchased each option on the course (if the course has optional extras).
- Select View events from the homepage.
- Select the view containing the course (e.g. Upcoming or Completed), and then select the course from the list.
Presenters will only be able to see courses that they are an advertised presenter for.
- From the course page, press Event details. A list of the options on the course will be displayed.
- To view the registrants who have selected or purchased an option, select the option from the list. In this example, a user is viewing the registrants for the Training Book option.
- You can also view all of the options for a particular registration. To do this, select the registration from the View Registrants list and the options will be displayed in the Registration section.

- From the course page, press View Registrants to view the registrants on the course.
You can easily toggle between course, individual session and option information for your courses.
- Select View events or View sessions from the homepage.
- Select the view containing the session or multi-session course (e.g. My upcoming or My in progress), and then select the course or session from the list.
- Press the Event details drop-down to view more details and select the session or option you want to see (or select the main course details).
Presenters need to know whether the course they are scheduled to deliver or manage will be running. Often this depends on whether or not a specified minimum registration number has been reached.
Arlo allows you to set minimum and maximum registration limits for your courses and then visually displays this information in the Arlo for Mobile App.
- Select View events or View sessions from the homepage
- The count of registrations is included in a coloured circle. The colour of the circle indicates the status of how full the event is. Unconfirmed courses are highlighted in lists with an Unconfirmed message.
- Blue means that there are no registration limits on the course.
- Yellow means the course is yet to meet the minimum number of registrations.
- Green means the course has met the minimum number of registrations.
- Red means the course is full.
Arlo allows you to create a private course (e.g. a custom course) for a client. You are able to set the organisation and key contact for the course and then access this information through the Arlo for Mobile app.
- Open the course page you would like to view key contacts details for and scroll down to the Private event section.
Arlo allows you to store catering and room setup information on a course which is then visible in the Arlo for Mobile app.
- Open the course or session page you would like to view venue information on and scroll to the Location or Catering and room setup section.
