Feature overview
The calendar and schedulers allow you easily view the availability of your venues and presenters when scheduling new events in one place. You can add external appointments and public holidays which will be displayed to help you avoid conflicts and scheduling errors.
Set working hours and add external appointments
You can assign company working hours and restrict the calendar and scheduler views so you only see periods and timeframes which you run events. You can also add company-wide external appointments and public holidays so you know exactly when and when not to book events.
If you use external presenters or venues, each can also have their own working schedule and appointments defined, so you know exactly when they are not available.
