The following article outlines how to setup automated sending of certificates in Arlo.
The following processes will also work on elearning modules.
Arlo's automated sending of certificates feature is available on the Arlo Enterprise service plan. Contact Arlo Sales if you would like to upgrade.
If you create a new course (where a template does not exist) or create a new course template, future courses you schedule using the same course template will inherit your automated certificate settings.
If you create a new course (where a template already exists) future courses will not inherit your certificate settings, unless you also update the existing course template.
- Open the Courses menu item.
- Create a new course or template you would like to send automated certificates for.
- Select the Communication tab.
- For the Certificates email, click Edit.

Read how to create certificate templates.
- Enter the accompanying email's Subject and Message.
