The following article describes the processes to record and report on attendance for basic courses and to record results and grades for basic courses or elearning modules.
Once recorded you will be able to easily see the attendance status of each of a contact's completed courses on the contact's record and report on their attendance, results, and grades using many of the available registration reports.

Record attendance for individual registrations
Attendance is not able to be recorded for elearning registrations.
- Find and open the course you would like to record attendance for.
- Select the Registrations tab.
- Open the registration you would like to record attendance on by clicking on the registrant's name.
- Mark attendance by clicking Attended or Did not attend.
- Press Save and close.
Record results and grades for individual registrations
- Find and open the course or elearning module you would like to record results and grades for.
- Select the Registrations tab.
- Open the registration you would like to record results for by clicking on the registrant's name.
- To record a result (pass/fail), click Record result. To record a grade, click Record grade.
- Select the result and enter the grade as required.
- Press Save and close.
Bulk record attendance or results for registrations on a course
- Find and open the course you would like to bulk record attendance or results for.
- Select the Registrations tab.
- Select the registrations which you would like to record attendance or results for by ticking the checkbox in each row.
- Press Actions and select Mark as attended, Mark as not attended, Mark as passed, or Mark as failed as required.
Bulk record attendance or results for registrations on multiple courses
Attendance is not able to be recorded for elearning registrations.
- Open the Registrations or elearning registrations menu item. You will be taken to a list of all registrations with the most recent at the top of the list.
- Select the registrations which you would like to record attendance or results for by ticking the checkbox in each row.
Use the search box to filter the list of registrations.
- Press Actions and select Mark as attended, Mark as not attended, Mark as passed, or Mark as failed as required.
