Arlo has specifically created system fields in order to allow you to record special dietary or disability requirements for your registrants. These fields are available in reports and are able to be viewed on a separate tab on each course, allowing you to quickly and easily see how many registrants require special arrangements.
To capture the special requirements information during the registration process, you will need to add the Special diet or Disability field to your website registration forms. The fields must be enabled before you will see them as an option to add to your forms.

The following screenshot illustrates how the fields will be displayed within your website registration form.
