Copy the links for your selected pages above and send these to your website administrator or website developer. They will need to know where on your website you would like to add the links for each of your pages above, e.g linking a menu button of Courses to the Arlo website Catalogue page (URL https://[PlatformName].arlo.co/w/events/).
Once your website administrator or developer has added these links to your website you are ready to go.
