The following article describes the differences between the different pages available in the Arlo Website, how you can set these up, and how you can reorder them in the menu.
The About us page allows you to create a page with information about your company. You may want to include information about your mission, your team, the history of your company, it's up to you.
- Enable the About us page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the About us page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the About us section, add the main body of text for your About us page.
- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.
- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.

The Calendar page allows you to publish a calendar of your events.
- Enable the Calendar page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Calendar page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Calendar section, select which filters you would like to display.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.
- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.

The Catalogue page allows you to display your events by category, helping your customers to find the events most relevant to them quickly and easily.
- Enable the Catalogue page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Catalogue page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- If you want to use the layout with list images for your catalogue, select Use layout with images.

- Press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The certification search allows people to search your certification database to check if a certification is valid. For example, a prospective employer may like to check if someone has a valid certification and when it expires.
- Enable the Certification Search page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Certification search page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The On Demand page allows you to promote all of your eLearning and recorded webinars on one page. The page can also be filtered by using the category buttons at the top of the page.
- Enable the On Demand page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the On Demand page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the On Demand section, select which group of category filters you would like to use on the page.

- Press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Presenter list page lists your instructors and presenters. You can include a biography, photo and links against each. Click on a presenter and you’ll see the courses that they deliver. All of this information is automatically pulled through from your Arlo platform.
- Enable the Presenter list page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Presenter list page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Privacy policy page allows you to display your privacy policy on a separate page.
This page is required if you want to activate the Customer portal.
- Enable the Privacy policy page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Privacy policy page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Privacy policy section, add the main body of text for your About us page.
- If you would like to include a link to this page in your site footer, tick the Include in site footer setting.
- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Private course page allows you to promote the fact that you run private (in-house) events and allows you to provide more information to prospective clients about the process they need to follow to book a private event.
- Enable the Private course page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Private course page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Private onsite courses section, add the main body of text for your Private course page.
- In the Lead Button section, enter the phrase you would like to use on your private events lead button.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Schedule page allows you to publish a list of your event templates which includes the upcoming dates.
- Enable the Schedule page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Schedule page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Schedule section, select which filters you would like to display.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Search page allows you to give your customers the ability to search your Arlo website for words and phrases.
- Enable the Search page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Search page and select Edit.
- In the General section, enter the heading and change the inherited colours, if required.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Services page allows you to give your customers more information about the services your company offers.
- Enable the Services page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Services page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Services section, add the main body of text for your Services page.
- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Support page allows you to provide more information to your customers about how they can contact you if they require support.
- Enable the Support page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Support page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Support section, add the main body of text for your Support page.
- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Terms and conditions page allows you to display your terms and conditions of service on a separate page.
This page is required if you want to activate the Customer portal. If you are enabling this page on your website, you should also make sure the terms and conditions on you checkout are up to date.
- Enable the Terms and conditions page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Terms and conditions page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.
- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Support section, add the main body of text for your Support page.
- Select whether you would like to include the terms and conditions in the site footer.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Upcoming events page allows you to display your events in date order, with the nearest events showing first.
- Enable the Upcoming events page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Upcoming events page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Upcoming events section, select the number of events you would like to see on each page, what filters you would like to display and whether you would like to use the layout with images.

- Press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Venue list page lists your training venues. You can define an address, map and parking instructions against each. Click on a venue and you’ll see full information and can navigate to events being held at the venue. All of this information is automatically pulled through from your Arlo platform.
- Enable the Venue list page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Venue list page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- In the Venue list section, choose whether you would like to display the location filter.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
The Webinars page allows you to promote all of your webinars on one page. The page can also be filtered by using the category buttons at the top of the page. There is also the ability to add some additional content to the page if desired.
- Enable the Webinars page.
- In the list of Active pages, hover over the Webinars page and select Edit.
- In the General section, fill in the relevant details.

- In the Colours section, the colours are inherited from the General settings. However, if you would like to use a different colour scheme for this page, you can change the settings here.

- In the Images section, you can add a background image.

- Select which group of category filters you would like to use on the page.

- If you would like to use the Message panel, activate the panel.

- Add the heading and content for your message panel.

- If you would like to add a Call to action button, activate the button.

- Add the label and link for your call to action button.

- Once your settings are complete, press Save and close.

- To go to your Arlo Website to view your page, press View website.
- Once you are happy with your page, press Save changes.
