The following article shows how to search, report, and export your discounts in Arlo.
- Open the Discounts menu item.

- Enter the discount name into the search box.

- As you enter your search, Arlo will display suggestions in the menu.
There are a number of reports that you can use in Arlo to report on discounts. The report that is best to use would depend on the type of discount you would like to report on (i.e. a registration discount or an order discount), what additional information you would like to include in the report, and whether or not you need to include order information.
If you need to report on order discounts, the Order lines reports would need to be used, as reports relating to specific registrations do not include information regarding order discounts.
Registrations list and Registrations list (Advanced) reports
The Registrations list reports allow you to produce a report of registrations which includes registration line discount values, alongside registrants' contact details, event details, and basic order details.
Learn more about the Registrations list and Registrations list (Advanced) reports.
The Registrations list reports do not allow you to view order discounts, as these discounts are not associated with specific registrations (i.e. order discounts are applied to the order as a whole, not each registration separately).
Order lines and Order lines (Advanced) report
The Order lines reports allow you to include more in depth order related information, including all discount information (for both registration discounts and order discounts), as each line in the order is included.
Learn more about the Order lines and Order lines (Advanced) reports.
Course performance report
The Course performance report allows you to measure your course revenue and has options to display the amount of the discounts applied to registrations on the course, as well as the total order line value.
Learn more about the Course performance report.
The Course performance report does not take into consideration order discounts, as these discounts are not associated with specific registrations (i.e. order discounts are applied to the order as a whole, not each registration separately).
The following process describes how to export your high level discount information to a spreadsheet (CSV format).
- Open the Discounts menu item.

- Select the view on the left of the screen, which shows the discounts you would like to export.
- Press the Export drop-down and select Export list.
