How do I change the primary presenter on a course?
The primary presenter on a course will always be whoever is at the top of the Presenters list in the course wizard. You need to change who is on the top of the list to make them a primary presenter
- Press Edit on the course where you want to change the primary presenter
- Navigate to the Schedule tab
- Remove the top presenter from the course.
- The next presenter in the list will become the primary presenter. Add the presenter back to the course if need be.
Why can't my presenters log in to the mobile app?
Below are some common reasons presenters aren't able to log in
- They don't have Access to the API.
- They haven't activated their account.
- There is a space before/after their the platform name, email, or password. This can be caused by auto-correct.
Can presenters sign into the Customer Portal?
Yes, they can use the same log in details to log into Arlo for Mobile and the Customer Portal.
Can presenters log in to the management platform?
Only managers (Read-only) and administrators can access the platform. Therefore, by default, presenters cannot log in to the platform. However, presenters who also have either the manager or administrator role would be able to log in to the platform.
