The Course performance report lists the number and value of registrations received for courses within a period.
It also checks an order status and sums the registration line items present in that order, regardless of the registration status.
The course performance report gives you a number of options for totaling the value of registrations:
- Standard price: The standard price on the course (not the template price).
- Registration line discounts applied (Discount): The amount of any registration line discounts applied to the individual registrations.
- Order line value - actual billed amount including registration discounts (Orders): Standard price minus total registration discounts applied; a total of what the customers actually paid.
- Credit note line value - for example, refunds (Credit note): The total value of any credit notes (refunds) for this course.
- Total - orders less credits (Value): The total order line value minus any credit notes; the total revenue for the course.
Any discounts set up as applying to the overall order or showing on a new order line will not be reflected in this report, as they are not tied to any registration. We recommend that discounts are set up as applying to individual registration lines wherever possible.
The Registration Application (Advanced) report uses a powerful search and filtering engine, allowing you to generate custom XLSX and CSV exports of application information based on records that match your conditions. To report on additional applicants on team applications, you need to use the Registration Report (Advanced) which will display additional applicants if they have been registered on the course.

- Applicant Details
- Course Details
Advanced reports can be saved as a favourite and scheduled to be sent to external email addresses.
The Registrations Requests (Advanced) report uses a powerful search and filtering engine, allowing you to generate custom XLSX and CSV exports of course registrations and waiting list registrations that have been declined because of registration or waiting list registration rules, based on records that match your conditions. You can control the column outputs of the report, including their position - and apply multiple sorting conditions to a single report.
You can set a range of conditions about the course, item, and contact, and the report can output a large range of information including:
