These course reports will allow you to gather insight on how your courses are performing and serve as a useful organizational tool for presenters and admins.

Standard reports
- To access all report settings on the report page, from the toolbar press Report Settings.
Advanced reports
- All settings are visible when the report is first opened.
The Course List report includes a list of courses filtered by a wide range of options, e.g. filters on course dates, presenter, delivery, audience, and status. It includes a range of information about the course template, course date, CPD, and presenters.
This report is a good way to check the details of your courses quickly.

The Course List (Advanced) report uses a powerful search and filtering engine, allowing you to generate custom XLSX and CSV exports of course information based on records that match your conditions. You can control the column outputs of the report, including their position - and apply multiple sorting conditions to a single report.
You can set a range of conditions and the report can output a large range of information including:
- Course details (including course custom fields).
- Course presenter and support staff details.
- Course key contact and organisation details.
- Course venue details.
This report does not currently support Elearning.
Advanced reports can be saved as a favourite and scheduled to be sent to external email addresses.
The Course Calendar report includes a list of individual course sessions filtered by a wide range of options, e.g. filters on dates, presenter, template, delivery, and status.

The Course Registrants report contains a list of individuals enrolled on a course with details of the course, registration and order, and the course's registrants. This report can be scheduled to send to course presenters automatically, and can also be printed off in bulk for more than one course.
The course registrants report is designed to accompany the attendance register report, and includes additional personal details of each registrant.

The Course Logistics report allows you to produce a venue, catering, and room setup report for service providers. The report lists individual course sessions scheduled to be delivered within a period with the associated catering, venue and room information.

The Course List and Registrants report gives you a summary of your courses including basic details of each course and its registrants, grouped by course.
The Waiting List (Advanced) report uses a powerful search and filtering engine, allowing you to generate custom XLSX and CSV exports of waiting list registrant information based on records that match your conditions. You can control the column outputs of the report, including their position - and apply multiple sorting conditions to a single report.
You can set a range of conditions and the report can output a large range of information including:
- Waiting List Registrant Details
- Course Details
For example, you may need to see a list of waiting list registrants sorted by name, so that you can identify anyone that is on more than one waiting list.
